Operating model
Specification alignment
We capture stone type, finish, thickness, tolerances, slip resistance, color range policy, nesting, and packing plan. We confirm mockups and control samples before full production.

Block selection at quarry, optimized cutting plans, slab drying and epoxy reinforcement where needed, calibrated thickness, and finish consistency checks with photo logs.
Quality assurance and testing
Dimensional checks, flatness and angle control, visual range mapping, and third party or factory tests to EN and ASTM methods for slip, abrasion, and frost as required. Retained samples and traceable batch IDs.
Packaging and protection
